Glass Brasserie at Hilton Sydney
Join us for an exclusive night of fine food, fine wine and world-class opera.
We've partnered with Luke Mangan’s glass brasserie and Keith Tulloch Wine to create a unique and enriching evening in one of Sydney’s most glamorous restaurant settings.
Experience opera in an intimate space as our principal artists Lorina Gore and Simon Kim, accompanied by Tahu Matheson, perform arias and duets from celebrated operas La Bohème and La Traviata, as well as Turandot’s famous ‘Nessun dorma’.
The four-course meal, curated by Luke Mangan and head chef Peter Cassidy, will include glass brasserie classics along with dishes specifically created for the evening. Each course will be paired with wine from premium, small-batch Keith Tulloch Wine. Special guest Keith Tulloch will introduce each wine variety.
This event will have communal seating. Groups of six will be seated on one individual table, where possible.
Bookings are essential to enjoy this Good Food Month collaboration between us and glass brasserie.
