Adam Davis

Adam grew up in Sydney and started playing trumpet as part of his primary school’s band program. Adam continued his trumpet studies with a Bachelor of Music under Andrew Evans at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. One of Adam’s highlights of his undergrad was participating in a summer chamber music festival in Verona with his brass quintet. He found his love of orchestral music in Berlin, where he spent a year at the Universität der Künste. After completing his studies Adam undertook a residency program, living and working with the Sichuan Symphony Orchestra in China, and then in 2024 he was an Academist with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra.
