Natalie Lui

Born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, Natalie Lui began ballet training at the age of two and has been dedicated to the art ever since. She went on to train and perform across Hong Kong, USA and Canada. After moving to Sydney in 2019, she continued her professional career, performing regularly in Fever’s Candlelight Ballets and We Call It Ballet: Sleeping Beauty. She has also performed with Opera Australia in both the winter and summer seasons of Aida, appearing on two of Australia’s most iconic stages: QPAC in Brisbane and the Sydney Opera House.

Alongside her performing career, Natalie is the VP of Product at an Australian AI tech startup, Hoogly, bringing the same discipline and creativity to her work. She is excited to continue her journey with Opera Australia in Handa Opera on Sydney Harbour: The Phantom of the Opera this season.
