Dinner on Us – Madama Butterfly

To take advantage of this Dinner on Us package:

  1. First select tickets to a performance of Madama Butterfly.
  2. Then, choose a restaurant and add dinner to the package. Be sure to select dinner on the same night as your performance. You may only add dinner at one restaurant to the package.

Please note each restaurant is available for certain nights only:

  • Eastbank on Monday–Tuesday, Friday–Sunday evenings only (excludes Wednesday evenings), and
  • Searock Grill on Wednesday–Sunday evenings only.
The fine print

This offer is only available for performances of Madama Butterfly, La Traviata and Il Trovatore on selected dates at the Sydney Opera House until 30 July 2022. The offer is available at Eastbank on Monday–Tuesday, Friday–Sunday and Searock Grill on on Wednesday–Sunday. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer and is only available for full-price adult tickets. This offer is limited by restaurant availability. Bookings close at 4pm the day before performances unless sold out. This offer is only valid when the chosen performance and dinner are on the same date. Orders will be checked and amended if the date of the chosen performance and dinner are not the same. This offer is only valid when the same number of performance tickets and dinners are purchased in the same transaction. Dinner reservations are made at 5:30pm. The customer must order from the 'Dinner on us' menu by 6pm. This offer is only available through the Opera Australia box office and at opera.org.au. This offer cannot be applied retrospectively. This offer is only available for a maximum of 40 people per restaurant per night.

Opera Australia accepts the Companion Card for carers to attend each performance free of charge. If the patron purchasing this Dinner on Us offer has a Companion Card and requires for their companion to accompany them to the dinner as well as the performance, a charge of $35 for the dinner applies.
