A 1987 NIDA graduate, Joe is best known as Sergeant Alan Steiger, the first policeman with a regular beat on Neighbours. Other TV and film credits include The Kettering Incident, City Homicide, Blue Heelers, Ponderosa, When Good Ghouls Go Bad, Water Rats, Law of the Land, Rafferty’s Rules, Home and Away, Newlyweds.
