Mary McCorry

Originally from Sydney, Mary McCorry (she/her) relocated to Melbourne after receiving the Nancye Hayes Scholarship in 2019 to study a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Music Theatre) at the Victorian College of the Arts (VCA). Prior to this, Mary completed a Diploma of Musical Theatre at Brent Street from which she graduated with Honours. During her final year at VCA, Mary performed as Bertha Hunt in The Hello Girls (dir. Jason Langley). Mary is the grateful recipient of the 2021 Ron and Margaret Dobell Foundation Music Theatre Award. In 2022, Mary played Linda Twist in the RGM Productions’ Round the Twist workshop (dir. Simon Phillips).
