Nicole Kim
Nicole Kim began playing the violin at age 6 and since has had many enriching experiences as a soloist, chamber and orchestral musician.
Nicole achieved her Bachelor of Music Performance at the Sydney Conservatorium with Goetz Richter in 2019. During her studies, Nicole was selected as a participant of the Mozarteum International Summer Academy in Salzburg, performing in Salzburg, and receiving masterclasses from Viviane Hagner. She was also the recipient of a George Henderson Travellers Scholarship which saw her travel to receive string quartet training from renowned musicians in Europe including members of the Borodin and Kuss Quartet. As an orchestral musician, Nicole has had performance opportunities with the Australian Youth Orchestra and Sydney Youth Orchestras. She has also served as the Principal Second Violin of the Sydney Conservatorium Symphony and Opera Orchestra.
On the side, Nicole is an avid baker and enjoys playing tennis.
