How to watch Opera Australia On Demand

How to use pay-per-view

To rent a production, follow these steps:

  1. Go to tv.opera.org.au on your computer or device and select your production.
  2. Click on the 'Get access now' button.
  3. Create your account and then make your purchase
  4. Once you have made your purchase, open that production either in your browser or the OA | TV app.

Please note: You must make your purchase via tv.opera.org.au before viewing on the OA | TV app.


Smartphone or tablet

We have apps for Apple (iOS) and Android phones and tables, which you can download from your app store by searching for Opera Australia, or by using these links:

Apple: Download on the App Store Get it on Google Play

Apple TV

Visit the app store on your Apple TV and search for Opera Australia. Download the app and select a film from the catalogue.

On your computer

You can watch OA TV from your internet browser by visiting tv.opera.org.au and selecting a film from the catalogue.

Chromecast

You can cast films to your TV using a Chromecast and the app on your smartphone or tablet.

Once you’ve installed the Android or iOS app on your device, open the app and select the film you wish to view in the app. Select the Cast icon  in the app to cast the film to your TV. For more Chromecast tips, visit google.com.

Alternatively, you can use the Google Chrome browser to cast to your Chromecast-enabled TV.
