One of our most beloved productions is turning 30 in 2025! Elijah Moshinsky’s brilliantly funny The Barber of Seville has been delighting audiences for three decades. To celebrate this 30th, we’re offering 30 tickets for $30 to each performance* at the Sydney Opera House, from 18 January to 28 February 2025 (excluding Premium Reserve and subject to availability).

Inspired by silent movies, this staging of Rossini’s comedy will dazzle you with its fabulous characters and life-sized doll’s house set. It's also always popular with newcomers to opera, so we wanted to give plenty of people the opportunity to experience opera at the Sydney Opera House this summer.
