Propose on stage at Opera Australia’s Great Opera Hits at the Sydney Opera House, and give the object of your affection the surprise of their lives.
It’s already so romantic: dressing up, heading to the theatre, basking in the emotion of all that glorious music.
But you’re a bit nervous. This isn’t just any date. You check your pocket for the hundredth time (the ring is still there).
Up on stage, under the lights, you get down on one knee…

Be a Diva for a Day with your very own personalised ‘Star of the Opera’ experience. Today it's all about you!
Come and be Opera Australia’s ‘star’ and enjoy your very own hair, make up and costume fitting session with our very talented hair and make-up artists. We’ll transport you via limousine to the Sydney Opera House stage door we’re you’ll be greeted and taken back of house to be made into the star you’ve always know you were meant to be. Once you’re looking fabulous, you’ll step out in the front of the Sydney Opera House sails for your own private photo shoot.
The day doesn’t end here. Enjoy dinner at a premium restaurant located in the Sydney Opera House precinct followed by Premium tickets to the opera performance that evening.
Inclusions:
- Costume fitting at the Opera Australia Centre in Surry Hills.
- A hair & make up session with an Opera Australia hair & make up artist.
- Photoshoot in front of the Opera House sails.
- 2 Premium seats to the opera/musical Performance that evening
- Dinner for 2 at premium restaurant located in the Sydney Opera House precinct.
- Stretch limousine transfer to and from the Sydney Opera House for photoshoot experience (pick up must be within the Greater Sydney region).
