Doron Chester

A graduate of the Bachelor of Music at AIM, Doron has recently played Bryan in The Female of the Species at The Old Fitz (Rogue Projects) and gallivanted as Gladhand in West Side Story (Opera Australia).

Doron’s other stage credits include: The Duke of Weselton in Frozen! The Musical, (Disney) and Lago in Aladdin (Disney). Doron was an off-stage swing in Beautiful: The Carole King Musical (Michael Cassel Group), The Lobster in Christmas Actually (The Little Red Co.), and Tenor & Others in City of Angels (JRP).

Doron also played Bob Hawke & John Howard in Keating! The Musical (Birdie Productions), the role of Nathan in The Laden Table for KXT and has featured in numerous Squabbalogic productions.

Doron can be heard on the ABC kids album, Animal Songs and Sounds and the debut album from Klezmer band, CHUTNEY.

Doron is a proud member of the Australian-Jewish community and lives on Gadigal and Bidjigal land.
