Emma McFarlane

Emma discovered her love for performing at Footworks Dance Academy before training at the Australian Ballet School where she graduated as dux of the school. The following year she joined the Australian Ballet company where she performed in all the major classical ballets including Graeme Murphy’s Swan Lake, Peter Wright’s The Nutcracker, Christopher Wheeldon’s Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, David McAllister’s The Sleeping Beauty, Stanton Welch’s La Bayadere, and soloist roles in Maina Gielgud’s Giselle. She toured extensively with the company throughout Australia and to London. She is very excited to be making her musical theatre debut in The Phantom of the Opera.
