Matthew Nguyễn

Matthew Nguyen grew up in Brisbane playing the violin, singing, and learned to dance watching YouTube videos and SYTYCD. He furthered his training at The Southern Academy of Dance, Mad Dance House, and earned a BFA in Dance Performance from Queensland University of Technology. In 2014, he joined the Australian company of The King and I. Matthew moved to New York City in 2016 and was a cast member of Broadway Tours Cabaret and Miss Saigon, and was fortunate enough to join the Australian Company of Miss Saigon in 2023. Matthew now lives in Los Angeles and has appeared in Netflix’s I Believe in Santa and Peacock’s Queer as Folk.
