Nicolas Testé regularly performs in many renowned opera houses worldwide such as the Metropolitan Opera New York, Los Angeles Opera, San Fransisco Opera, Zurich Opera House, Grand Théâtre Geneva, Bavarian State Opera Munich, Deutsche Oper Berlin, Opéra National de Paris, Teatro alla Scala in Milan, Teatro San Carlo Naples, Teatro La Fenice in Venice and Liceo Barcelona.

His extensive repertoire comprises roles in Iphigénie en Aulide (Agamemnon), Roméo et Juliette (Frère Laurent), Manon (Des Grieux), Hamlet (Claudius), Il Trovatore (Ferrando), Die Zauberflöte (Sarastro), Castor and Pollux (Jupiter), Faust (Mephisto), The Tales of Hoffmann (The Four Villains), The Barber of Seville (Basilio) and I Puritani (Sir Giorgio).

Besides numerous opera productions Nicolas Testé regularly performs with internationally renowned Symphony Orchestras.

Highlights of the season 2021/22 are a Manon in concert version in Lyon and at Théâtre des Champs-Elysées Paris, Aida in Naples, Maria Stuarda performances at the Opera Australia and Boheme at the Met.
