Stephanie Kurlow
Stephanie Kurlow is beyond excited to make her professional musical theatre debut in Anastasia. Born and raised in Sydney as a proud Tatar-Russian Australian, she is recognised as the world’s first hijabi ballerina.
Her professional credits include Christopher Wheeldon’s Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland with The Australian Ballet (Capitol Theatre), Romeo and Juliet and Don Quixote (Sydney Opera House), and the Australian tour of Party Time Big Show Tour for The Wiggles and their ABC TV Series as “Stephanie Ballerina.”
Stephanie’s achievements include a scholarship to The Royal Danish Ballet Summer School, global media campaigns for Google, Converse, Nescafé and Lenovo, and was featured in Misty Copeland’s Swans for Relief short film. Stephanie is endlessly grateful to her mum, family and friends for their love and support.
