Tetiana Zhuravel

Tetiana Zhuravel is a Ukrainian coloratura soprano and a graduate of the National Music Academy of Ukraine. The Queen of the Night has become her signature roles, taking her to leading opera houses including the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía in Valencia, the Royal Swedish Opera, Deutsche Oper am Rhein, Oper Köln, the Hungarian State Opera, Opéra de Nice and the Macerata Opera Festival.

Recent seasons have also seen her appear as Susanna in Le nozze di Figaro in Bologna, Olympia in Les contes d’Hoffmann and The Girl in Sleepless in Graz, Cunegonde in Candide in Trieste and Bologna, and soprano soloist in Carmina Burana. In the 2025/26 season, she returns to Graz as Olympia and as The Queen of the Night to Oper Köln, to Stockholm and the Hungarian State Opera, also touring Japan with the latter. Her forthcoming engagements include The Magic Flute in Düsseldorf, the Sydney Opera House and Teatro Lirico di Cagliari.
