Tom trained as an actor at NIDA, graduating in 2002 and he completed a post graduate in musical theatre at Mountview in the UK in 2010.
Selected theatre credits include; McGuffin Park, The Memory of Water, Clybourne Park (Ensemble Theatre), The Lewis Trilogy (Griffin Theatre Company), Metropolis, Gentleman Prefer Blondes, Brigadoon, HMS Pinafore, The View Upstairs (Hayes Theatre), Misterman, The Moors, The Trouble With Harry, Penelope, Betty is a Butcher (Siren Theatre Co), The Merchant of Venice, Anatomy: Titus (Bell Shakespeare), Three Sisters (Sport For Jove), Savages (Darlinghurst Theatre Company), Bed (Sydney Theatre Company), Hamlet (Belvoir St Theatre).
He has performed his standup comedy show, One Hander, in London, Sydney, Adelaide and Edinburgh and co-hosted the successful podcast Celeste and Her Best with Celeste Barber.
Selected screen credits include Downton Abbey, Maverix, Seriously Red, Love and Monsters, Party Tricks, All Saints, Second Best, My Place, Deck Dogz, Love My Way and the Academy Award nominated short film, The Saviour.
He has won three Sydney Theatre Awards for his work in Misterman, Three Sisters and HMS Pinafore.
