Tony Gault
Principal Violin
Tony Gault holds the position of Principal Violin in the Opera Australia Orchestra. Some of Tony’s highlights while working in the orchestra are performing Jenufa with Sir Charles Mackerras, Il Trittico with Carlo Felice Cillario and The Love for Three Oranges with Richard Hickox CBE.
Fun fact: An interesting fact that Tony has always found funny was that Albert Einstein played the violin. He was accused by his chamber music partners of not being able to count very well!
