Indulge in three courses at The Barre prior to the show and in close proximity to the theatre.

Act One
Gin and tonic cured salmon served with compressed cucumber, oyster mayonnaise and fennel pollen.
Served with a glass of Sparkling wine

Act Two
Roast lamb loin served with sautéed kipfler potato, mushroom fricassée and finished with a tarragon cream.
Served with a glass of Shiraz

Final Act
Malted Irish whiskey cake - rich chocolate cake filled with a molten Irish whiskey ganache, served with chocolate spiced crumb, mascarpone and Irish cream quenelle and finished with a touch of gold leaf.
Served with filtered tea or coffee
