John Rex Berry

John Rex Berry is a remarkable musical theatre performer who hails from Western Australia. He is a former Irish dancer and rugby player who has always been drawn to the spotlight. With an unwavering passion for the stage, John completed his Diploma of Musical Theatre at Matrix Pro Academy before furthering his training at Brent Street in Sydney. John has starred as Chad in All Shook Up at Perth’s Crown Theatre (HAMA Productions), Danny Zuko in Grease at Royal Theatre in Perth (Drew Anthony Creative), Prince Eric in The Little Mermaid (HAMA Productions), and Fred Casely in Chicago (Drew Anthony Creative). He also performed in The Wizard of Oz and Fame at Crown Theatre and as a featured artist in A Night to Remember all for HAMA Productions. Most recently, John has been filming Rebel Wilson’s musical comedy feature film, The Deb which is due for release later this year.
