Lisa Sontag
Lisa is an accomplished performer, choreographer and dance teacher. Since graduating from WAAPA she has worked continuously adding drama and many musical theatre credits to her name. Most recently, Lisa has appeared as Miss Lark in Mary Poppins and Mrs. Wilkinson in Billy Elliot as well as performing in national seasons of Mamma Mia, Les Misérables, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and The Addams Family. She also toured Australia and New Zealand in an earlier production of Mary Poppins. Other credits include the role of Helene in Sweet Charity at The Hayes and for The Production Company, she has appeared in the highly acclaimed The Boy From Oz, Guys and Dolls, Call Me Madam and as Zelda Zanders in Singin’ In The Rain. Other musical theatre credits include The Pajama Game, The Producers, Respect –The Musical and Grease: The Arena Spectacular for which she won the Green Room Award for Best Supporting Actress playing the role of Frenchy, with a solo opposite John Farnham. Lisa’s film/TV and theatre credits include Love (for Hothouse Theatre and Malthouse) and Wil.
