Taylor Scanlan
Taylor began as a gymnast, being offered a spot in the National team. After six years of training in dance, singing, and acting at Patrick School of the Arts, he made his Musical Theatre debut in La Cage Aux Folles in 2014. Taylor then played Bill Bailey in Cats The Musical’s 2015/16 AUS/NZ tour, followed by Lord of the Flies in Melbourne. Returning to Cats in 2017/18 as Dance Captain/Swing, he later starred as Mike Teavee in Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, prior returning to his Dance Captain duties for the South Korea leg of Cats for 2020/21. In 2022/23, he performed as the Assistant Dance Captain/Offstage Swing for Mary Poppins the Musical.
